Homeowner Protection Program

The Franklin County Community Housing Council, Inc. assists individuals and families facing foreclosure on their homes through The Homeowner Protection Program (HOPP). Through this program, which is funded by the NYS Office of the Attorney General, homeowners receive housing counseling and assistance to avoid foreclosure on their home.
