Burchacon Housing operates long-term, affordable, USDA-subsidized housing consisting of 63 rental units dispersed between four developments located in Burke, Chateaugay, and Constable.
- Burke: 16 units consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including accessible units. All residents have access to a shared community room and communal washer/dryer.
- Chateaugay – John Street: 16 units consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including accessible units. All residents have access to a shared community room and communal washer/dryer.
- Chateaugay – La Count Street: 16 units consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including accessible units. All residents have access to a shared community room and communal washer/dryer.
- Constable: 15 units consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including accessible units. All residents have access to a shared community room and communal washer/dryer.
Tenants must meet income and other criteria to quality for housing at a Burchacon property. Rental amounts in all units are based on income. Some units may qualify for Section 8 rental assistance.
