Valley Ridge Manor consists of 20, 1-bedroom apartments for seniors and is located in a quiet part of the Village of Malone just off Route 30. To qualify for tenancy, applicants must be at least 62 years of age and meet income guidelines. All tenants of Valley Ridge Manor have access to a shared community room and laundry facilities.
